While training at Gold's Gym in Ocean City Maryland, I have designed several programs for people of all ages and lifestyles. This includes, but not limited to recreational athletes, Division I athletes, younger and older generations. I focus physically on and emphasize range of motion, flexiblity, strength, and pain free lifestyles. Diet and Nutrition, I believe are the most important aspects of any good program. I take the time to analyze any and all of my clients nutrtional intakes to maximize their efforts.
